Caveat Aeternum
What seems so complex and complicated is really very simple, what is necessary for the better of many should outweigh the few, or the one. No, it's not a question of logic, it's not a question of need or even want...it's a matter of what is right.
In the long and short of life, we are often faced with a crossroad that gets in the way of the greater good, or what is right for many others, and it is at that time that we are faced with how we will answer the question of what to do. This will be a measure of ourselves as human beings...maybe not now, maybe not for some time...or maybe even before the actual question comes out. But, it will be measured.
Stand at that doorway, look into that dark hall, take a step or turn back, but rest assured, this is decision time. This is when you will either shine, or fall short, and either can happen with any decision.
